Short Bio
Pha Nguyen is currently a Ph.D Candidate in Computer Science at the Computer Vision and Image Understanding Lab, University of Arkansas. Before pursuing his doctorate study, he obtained his B.Sc degree from VNU - University of Science. He was also a Research Engineer at VinAI Research.
His particular research interests are focused on deep learning, machine learning, and their applications in computer vision. His goal is to cultivate a well-rounded set of skills in both academia and industry, with a focus on image and video understanding systems.
Research Topics: Autoregressive Diffusion Models [NeurIPS'24], Scene Graph Generation [NeurIPS'24, CVPR'24], Vision-Language Models [NeurIPS'23, NAACL'24], Multiple Object Tracking [PR, CVPR'21].
Distributing Datasets: Scene Graph Generation [ASPIRe] in aerial videos [AeroEye], Grounded Object Tracking [GroOT].
